Nexgen Power is one of the world leading semiconductor designer and manufacturer focusing on high power
semiconductor.
Like our company naming, we provide next generation convenience for human and nature.
It is established in 2019 with strong support from Yancheong government and huge capital investments.
Also, we are fully concentrating on SJ-MOSFET, Power Module, discrete IGBT and FRD. The reason that we
have confidence is based on experienced human resource from global semiconductor companies.
Head office is located in Song-Do, Incheon in Korea and assembly factory is under construction in
china.
The factory scale is about 46,000m2 in bonded area of Yancheong city. It will be opening at the end of
2020.
When it is opened, total 250 workers are going to work including operators.
Our target market is industrial application such as inverter, charger, EV charger, etc.
for SJ-MOSFET and IGBT, renewable market in particular solar inverter, for IGBT and SJ-MOSFET and FRD,
home appliance like LED TV power, mobile phone charger.
